Improve the screen for promoting/graduating students

It is very difficult to scroll down the screen of students in each grade to select withdrawn kids from promoting kids. 

Also should add a count of number of students in each category for easier verification.

    Also, please underline the names of students with no promotion record.  Differentiating the italics is really difficult.
