We need a form that a parent can access at all times that will then update update their profile and medical permissions at anytime without needing to create new forms each time.

Currently to make sure that parents have the most up to date information, we need to be able to make forms that automatically update their profile. Currently once filled out these forms lock down and have to be marked to resubmit or copied and resent out which is not conducive to a smooth flow and they can't currently be embedded in Resource Boards which would be the ideal.
