Parents can choose any other user in the system to be an emergency contact.

When we ask parents for emergency contacts they should be able to enter their own OR choose from any user that is already in the database.  That way the data input is super easy for the parents and phone numbers (contact info) will stay current across the system.

    This would be great. So many of our parents select other parents to be their contacts.
