As a user I want to remove a Profile Picture from Core Profile > Contact Card

I would like to be able to remove user photo through the contact card. Currently if you need to remove a user photo you have to navigate to Core > Edit user profile

    I would like to delete a profile picture and not need to replace it with  another image.
