Please allow editing on individual user records to their picture "alignment" so that we can center their faces into a square box.  We never receive photos in a square shape with the face centered directly in the middle of the photo.  The round avatars are modern, but from a user viewpoint so much more difficult to upload and have them not be cropped in an unsightly fashion.  Having to edit a photo in a third party software individually is very time consuming.  If we could adjust the photo on the record after uploading it (orient the photo in a grid for the portion to be published or cropping) that would be very helpful for Core and for OnBoard.
