Nearly every dialog or window that this system uses is simply too    B     I        G    and  S   P  R  E   A    D     O   U    T!

Things are spread out to the point where one is constantly scrolling through lists, etc.

Worst case, things are spread out to a dangerous degree. 

Consider the attached:  the object we're actually operating on is more than half a screen away from the actual "add(New) | Edit" operation.  I admit that, in this case, there's some hot highlighting that lights up the matching row, but there are several other places in the interface where this is not even there.
