One-stop Shop for setting up Year and Term dates
As the system is currently designed, the Platform Manager has to change dates in several places in Core, onRecord and onCampus. It would be very convenient to have the opportunity to set up the school dates and terms in Core and with a yes/no checkbox/radio button have the option of adding these dates to all platforms. It seems redundant to me to have to change it in so many places and to remember that it has to be changed in all of these places!

I am very surprised that this is not an option, especially with so many votes. As Geoffrey posted, I appreciate the flexibility but there should also be the option to "apply to all" for the term dates.
When setting the term start and end dates, it needs to be done Academics, repeated again in Activities, repeated again in Advisories, etc. I do appreciate the flexibility of potentially setting these to different dates if needed, but most often, they are nearly identical.
In addition, now when you do the master rollover, you have to make sure all the dates you have set up are exactly the same as the previous year or the grading rollover will just keep giving you errors. This doesn't make any sense as school years move a day or two each year. This means you have to set them up to match, then go back to all of the places school year dates, marking period dates, etc.. and change. This has to be done for each division. Seems like a glitch.
