This has got to be the worst naming convention ever. You would think that "Entire School" means all levels within the school (lower, middle, high school, etc.). Instead, it is just another school level that, I guess is supposed to function as a catch all.

Please fix this. It would be very handy to be able to to assign, for example, resource boards to the "Entire school" level and have it be assigned to all school levels.
