Our boarding staff are able to sign permission forms for certain activities for our boarding students. However, they are unable to sign those forms online because they are not Parents in the system. We don't want to make them Parents as this would give them access to some of the parents' private information, such as tuition and financial aid.

It would be very useful to have a Boarding Guardian role or something like that to allow them to act as parents in some situations (e.g. signing forms), but not give them full parents rights (e.g. financial info).
