We want to be able to allow alumni and employees to edit their spouse's contact card. We are unable to do that without creating a new spouse role and manually assigning it to those constituents. Right now, the default role for spouses of alumni/employees is "All School," which is also assigned to all constituents. When we modify the All School profile relationship access, that undermines profile settings among other relationships.
Parent roles are automatically updated based on student enrollment. Similarly, we would like to have roles that automatically change based on a spouse relationship with an alum or an employee. That way, we could easily manage the spouses' profile settings with the rest of our defaults in Core.
