We use smart groups to feed dynamic data of employees, parents and students to Connect5.
When an employee or student leaves, they are no longer in these lists that feed into Connect5 through the integration. However, Connect5 is only adding people, not looking to see who is on file currently that is no longer in the feed (no longer an actively affiliated with our organization).
Could the integration be updated to either:
1) Look for and delete entities who are no longer in the feeds.
2) or allow organizations to schedule a full refresh periodically to wipe and refresh the data
