Remove Course Requests from Withdrawn Students
Currently if students withdraw after they have submitted course requests, schedule maker will still arrange schedules around their requests. It would be helpful if these requests were deleted (or disabled?) when a student is withdrawn.

With the March 10th release, Generate Student Schedules will not schedule students that are withdrawn for the year being scheduled.
This update ensure students aren't given schedules that shouldn't be and future updates will look at fully deleting the course requests when a student is withdrawn.

It is problematic to have to clear course requests for a withdrawn student. The current two fixes are (1) to remove the requests BEFORE withdrawing a student or (2) to re-enroll the student, clear their requests, and withdraw them again. This would save folks the trouble of going through either process. When the student withdraws all future course requests should be removed.
How does this even need to be requested? Why would a student need to be scheduled for classes if they have been withdrawn?
