Add Rich Text Options to School Forms

We have a number of forms that bold certain pieces of text and have bulleted or numbed lists.  However these are not currently possible in the "Text" element in school forms.  Please add rich text options to the "Text" element.

    Rich text is possible now (forget when this was added) in the text block in Contracts & School Forms.

    Currently we can work around this a little by inserting HTML tags into the boxes, but the result then is that we have to sacrifice characters to add these additional tags.  This is limiting as to how much you can include when you're trying to incorporate a bulleted list, for example.
