Have the conduct notification email include the consequence date.

Parents should know when their student is scheduled to serve an after school detention.  If there was one additional line in the automatic email that pulled the 'dates to complete' information from the consequence that would be very helpful.  Many times the conduct manager has already had a conversation with the student and knows if the student is able to serve the consequence that afternoon or if it will have to be for a later day.  The email doesn't reflect this and a back and forth of emails between the parent and conduct manager takes place just to come back to the place the conduct manager was already at.

I am very much surprised this is missing from the email notification. It definitely should be available as a merge field.

This should DEFINITELY be available as a merge field for the email notification. This is frustrating to parents because instead of having all the info they need about the infraction and consequence in one email, we now have to direct them to log in and check the portal to see when the consequence was scheduled.
