Is there a way to have the last date of physical exam in the medical tab?  And even better, if we can do this can we also have some sort of alert when a student's physical exam is due (exam needs to be every 12 months).

    Can you just set it up like the sports physicals?  I think that's how we are going to handle our other forms, like medication authorizations to flag to us that they have one on file.
