I admit that as a relatively new user, I cannot tell you specifically how I got to this place, but in reviewing our courses and their set ups for the coming year, I realized that each course was defined to potentially schedule for ALL academic blocks. This is not a true statement for ANY course we set up and the number of blocks that we set up in our system makes this a nightmare for unchecking to weed out the inappropriate blocks. A selection to "Check All" or "Uncheck All" would be highly useful in this instance. For example, only certain advanced Math and Science classes use a special block definition that incorporates multiple periods on certain days. Each of those special blocks has to be unchecked for every course that does not need the extra time. Conversely, those classes cannot be scheduled in the regular blocks that other classes can use. and must have those blocks unchecked.
Why do I have to uncheck unnecessary blocks when it would be far easier to check only the blocks I need? A "Check All" or "Uncheck All" selection would be much easier and align with the concept that one can control that kind of information input into Schedule Maker.
