Some blocks are not created to be used by the schedule maker. If there could be a question when the block is created that is part of the block settings - use for Schedule Maker (or something like this or maybe some kind of on/off toggle) then the selection of blocks associated with teachers in Core/Departments/Teachers would be reduced for auditing annually in preparation for the schedule maker.
