There are files (such annual update of identification papers) which need to be reviewed before they are committed to the student record, and every student needs to have on file. It would be very useful if staff could pull reports on who has particular files, and who does not.
Absolutely agree that having the ability to upload files to a students' records is great, but it's pretty useless if you have no way of reporting on which students have files attached, when they were uploaded, and who uploaded them. Making reporting available would be a huge improvement on this helpful tool.
I agree that there needs to be a way to pull information on which students have files in their record. Currently, there is no report nor any way to get this information on a list.
If the person responsible for maintaining these file uploads every left there would be no way of knowing who has which file or who may be missing a file.
