There are many areas of On which have pretty poor web design.  For example, the Group Enroll section allows you to search for users to enroll in classes and the area where the search results are display is so tiny and cramped which makes it a hassle to use. There is a lot of wasted space.  If you take a look at the code you can see that it is set to have a max size of 250px.  Why wouldn't you have it as a percentage so that it can be responsive to the size of the window?  There are many more instances where poor web design hampers use or the aesthetic is pretty poor.
