The ability to remove a Student's Alumni Affiliation when withdrawing them as a Past Candidate

Currently, when withdrawing a Student as a Past Candidate we are not able to indicate to delete their Alumni Affiliation. It automatically retains this information. We then have to manually delete it. We would like to have the option, similar to withdrawing them as a Past Student and marking off Graduate with class, to either retain or delete the Alumni Affiliation.

    Because the software handles alumni affiliation differently depending on whether you're withdrawing to Past Candidate vs. Past Student, we have dirty data in the grad year field.  Past student alumni affiliation is automatically removed, so it makes less sense for a past candidate to retain an alumni affiliation as they were never a true student.
