It would be a huge help if parents could run their own spreadsheet of parent addresses, emails etc. from the student directory. As it is now, parents have to cut and paste emails in order to send a bulk email to an entire grade. Also, when parents pull up a student list by "grade" parent emails aren't usually linked to the student.
As new students enter school they are automatically added to the directory. Parents would have the ability to run up to date lists throughout the school year with the information they need. Just as we want our students to do for themselves, let's teach our parent to do the same!

I second this, as it would be a convenience for parents, and reduce the the amount of calls and emails schools get from parents asking for information regarding other parents
