School Forms are awesome. As our school is expanding the use of school forms, however, it does not always make sense to have a school form tied to a specific module (now academic, enrollment management, extracurricular, or school website) with access only available to managers within the role. It doesn't make sense that school forms are available in all modules except Core, since all other features that cross products now live in Core. School forms should be added to Core > Content, and there should be a designated School Form Manager role that allows managers to create school forms in either Core or any of the other modules if available to the school.
