Make "Ex-Spouse" a relationship option/type so that we are not forced to use "ex-wife" or "ex-husband" Merged

It would be helpful if "Ex-spouse/partner" was a relationship type option for various reasons, including: 

1. We use "ex-spouse in our other databases (e.g., Raiser's Edge), and therefore, it causes extra steps in terms of cleaning our data when we sync the two databases 

2. Blackbaud lists people as "spouse/partner," so it would make more sense for divorced relationships to be denoted as "ex-spouse/partner"
