Add Mobile Network Supported by Notifications

Please add "Ting" (low cost subsidiary of Sprint) to the mobile networks supported by notifications. I tried selecting "Sprint" but that does not appear to work.

    This service is used by some of our faculty, who cannot get snow day announcements.
