Media Widget: choose how many items appear

We need a way to regulate how many items appear within the widget, with a "see more" option that takes viewers into an archive.

    Yes, the bump to 200 albums is very poor without an ability for those of us who want to limit items and use hthe load more option (which is basically pointless at 200).
