Add a data import feature to bulk upload candidates

Because onBoard event registration forms can't be embedded and both inquiry forms and event registration forms have such poor styling we are looking to use outside forms to collect candidate information.  We would like to be able to bulk upload prospects from a csv file.

    Good news!

    As of 2/6/2019, you can “refresh” or update any combination of data fields on your own using the data imports. You can now import candidates tied to a basic checklist.
