Don't automatically send form reminders when someone has to make changes to the form and saves it

We often have to delete recipients or change the remind notification.  I need to save those changes.  I just realized that every time I do, people receive a reminder immediately.  Today One person received 6 reminders within less than 2 minutes.

    We experienced this 2 years ago and one of our Sr. Administrators received more than 9 reminders in one day because he has 3 children at the school. I just looked at the case and it says that the form reminder went out because we made edits on the day the form one due and when we saved it triggered it. They said to make the reminder inactive as a work around.

    I can't tell you how many people have done this throughout the years.  It's far too many to count and we are certainly included on that list. =(  I don't see them changing this anytime soon, so the best thing is to keep the reminder notifications inactive and the reminder option as send when activated.  When you want people to get reminders, go through and activate the notification and once they are all sent, go back and inactivate it.  Little bit of a pain, but completely worth it not to upset parents with a multitude of accidental duplicate emails.
