Allow viewing of uploaded files from contact card - Files and Forms

Currently you can only see what files have been uploaded. You must have core/edit user profile to be able to view the files. We would like teachers/parents to be able to see these files - progress reports - and have a cumulative record.

    Is this still planned? I would like to be able to access submitted Forms via CORE>People Finder>Files and Forms Tab. Currently, you can only see if they have been completed or need review, but can't access the actual form.

    Great news! This is already planned on the Core Profile for the February release!  This will help admins view (if they have security), upload and delete on the user record.

    We are not sure how soon we'll get it in the Academic profile for admin users with access to the Student profile in Academics.  Parents should be able to view files and forms today from their students' progress tab.

    It would also be useful to view the files from within a contact card under core, as we can see the files are there, but we can't view them unless we impersonate the parent of a user
