Support HTML in Notifications

I would like to request an enhancement to add the ability to embed images into the giving notification sent to donors after they give an online gift.

    Yes, we would like to be able to embed the school logo as part of our signatures.

    This is a critical need to allow for better looking notifications. Are parents are asking for this.

    And Images in News Notifications! Please! Sophisticated users can embed in html, but it would be nice for everyone to be able to send pictures in their emails.
