It is very difficult to accurately do certain what I call "list-type" interface.  For example, when dropping an advisee from an advisory, the name of the advisee is all the way to the left of the row and the operation is all the way to the right.  You have to visually line up the two.   Very clumsy and error-prone.

This is true in *many* places.
