In a list definition, when I need to select the appropriate object to display, for example a student's current grade level, I the 'Grade Level object does not initially appear in the panel of available objects to click.  It doesn't appear until I choose the  'parent' object of 'User Register'.  And I'm wasn't even sure this was the case for the longest time because of the way the panel redraws itself and scrolls to its top.

I suggest two changes:

1. Display the entire hierarchy of objects on the left from the get-go.  Use a hierarchical list following the key sin the db.

2. Put a search in there. so I can look for 'Grade'   or 'Level' in this case

3. STOP or greatly reduce the window redraws.
