Sort login history correctly

Apparently, accurate log sorting is not considered an inherent feature of the "Login History" tool. Entries that occurred within the same minute are sorted alphabetically by the event description, causing events to appear out of order, and seriously limiting the usefulness of the log.

In the attached screenshot, you can see that the user was locked out of their account, apparently BEFORE a number of incorrect login attempts. Obviously, this is not how it happened, but we had a parent who was adamant the system was locking her out after only one failed login attempt. I was going to show her to log to demonstrate that wasn't the case, but alas, it was no help.
