"Has No Valid Addresses" checkbox should updated when RE addresses are added/removed using ConnectRE

ConnectRE does not update the "Has no valid addresses" checkbox on the Bio 1.

When the primary address is removed from a record during the ConnectRE sync (i.e. address fields are overwritten and are blank, old address is moved to an alternate address), the system should automatically check the "Has no valid addresses" checkbox on the Bio 1. Conversely, when the "has no valid addresses" checkbox IS checked, but a new primary address is added to the record during the ConnectRE sync, the system should automatically uncheck the "Has no valid addresses" checkbox on the Bio 1.
