We like to have birthdays available for faculty to view on each other, but we've run into an issue where many of them don't want their actual birth year to be shown, so we've sort of fudged it, and gave them all 1900 as a birth year.  It sort of works, but we use ConnectRE, which means it's bringing those birthdates into RE incorrectly, as well.  I was reading an article regarding using fuzzy dates for birthdate in RE (https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/41804) and wondering if it would possible to add that capability to the birthdate field in Core.
