Presently, we would need to set up the Payment Gateway in Core, then attach this to an Application, Event Registration, Store, etc before we can test that this is functioning. We would like the ability to test the Payment Gateway from within Payment Processing to confirm that payments will work. We don't want to wait for a Parent to tell us it is not working.
