Stop training support to deny bugs in the software.

Why is it when ever I attempt to report a bug in Blackbaud software the standard response from support is "that isn't a bug you shouldn't do that." If I can do it, and the results is something that shouldn't happen, this is the definition of a bug! To have a support person tell me something isn't a bug, but I know it is an easy fix because I've had to fix this issue in software I've written, is ridiculous.
