On the analytics screen that shows who has submitted, who has started, and who has not started, it would be great if the Export option allowed us to export not just those users who have submitted, but also those that have started and/or not started the form.
When dealing with a large number of users (our Acceptable Use Policy, for example, is regarding 747 users), it is not very easy to manage those users who have not started or not completed the form, since our only option is to scroll through the screen. If there's a way to create an option that allows us to select what info to export, that would be amazing.
Yahoo! Have already used this once today. Thank you Sarah and team!!!!

Hi all! As of this morning you can now export any of the categories for school forms (submitted, started, not started).
Thank you,
Sarah

This is such an important need - people have been asking for over 5 years for this capability. PLEASE DO THIS!!!
Attachments Open full size
Yes, PLEASE! I've had to resort to printing screenshots to get a quick list of people who haven't completed a form, which is so clunky.

To keep track of this, I have to run advanced lists, which are not user friendly for our staff who need to keep track of this too.

I have to manually keep track of users who have not submitted a form (sometimes hundreds of users). An export feature would be incredibly helpful!

this would be huge!!!! we need a way to easily export users who have NOT fully completed forms.....it is crucial.

For families who have started the form, it would also be nice to know which family member has not finished the form.

this would be very valuable for us

Beyond just exporting names, we also need to see how far parents got with their forms - specifically, did one parent sign at all? - and be able to access the forms themselves. There are times when we need to see the current status of them and do so on the back end with both active and inactive/expired forms. I shouldn't have to manipulate the system, change expiration dates, and impersonate users to access information that exists within the system.

This idea would be especially helpful when multiple signatures are required on a form. When 2 or more signatures are required, and only one has been completed it is difficult to discern which signatures have been collected vs. those that have not.

It would be SUPER helpful for the coaches or teachers to export a list of only their kids so they can check to see who is where in the process. Many of our forms are assigned to the entire school but it is a coach or an advisor's job to check of who has done what. Right now they can only see the pdf of the signed form and then have to make and keep their own spreadsheet. For a team with 50 kids and a form that is 4 pages creates a giant PDF and the coach has to continually run it and tick it off. It is not taking advantage of how digital forms should be helping everyone. It would be helpful to have some of the acknowledgement features like the way permission to treat does that could help us get quick tallies on forms.

This feature would be very helpful for tracking parents who have not completed required forms

I found myself having to screen shot the names of those not submitting a form! This is important!

Thanks Alicia. I've merged them.

Excellent idea! We would find this to be very helpful.

This is a great idea, Amy. I can definitely see how it would be helpful to export the other types of users.
