Support Area of BBID needs to have filters added!

The new support ticking system on BBID needs much work. First it needs to have filters! As an Admin I have access to all tickets, which is good. However, there is not way to filter out other users' tickets nor those which are closed, etc. All columns shown should be filterable. (Think Excel or Sheets Data filter...) We had these capabilities in the old system.
