Support .heic images

HEIC will be used by default on new photos on iOS 11, and it's designed to save you storage space. Due to the popularity of iphone, this update would go a long way to allowing teachers to upload pictures of the class on the fly without having to convert the images first.

Please add support for this! With this being the default on iPhones, many students are having trouble uploading assignments from home.

This has become a huge issue lately with students all working from home. The lack of HEIC support is now disastrous for schools.

Our teachers using iPads have run into this issue and caused a sizable decrease in photo posting to their academic pages' photos
