drop down menu for regions in the application and inquiry forms

I would like to have the region field be a dropdown menu coming from our table instead of a text field. I know there are other fields like that (prefix for example) that should also be menu instead of text fields.

    Also need to add the region field to the address in RE NXT

    Yes! And a couple of other fields as well - such as prefix - especially ones that are synched with RE, where in that database they are required to use a drop-down menu!
