Create a report that would allow Core users to check to see if mailing addresses preference box is NOT enabled on a record

If you are in an Advanced list and would like to use the mailing label option and the mailing address preference box has not been clicked the address will not populate on the mailing labels. Could you please create a report to show through roles if the mailing address option box has not been clicked/enabled?
