Let's give a little more detail-- do you mean don't let kids have other onCampus windows open? Or do you mean don't let them have any other browser windows (or other websites) open? If it's the latter, I'm afraid that's something for your school's IT department and not Blackbaud. There's not really a way that Blackbaud could restrict what a user's browser is doing.
