Currently the only roles to put on hold for a transcript or report card are Student, Parent, Alumni, Parent of Alumni. We should have more roles available to keep faculty/staff from accessing the transcripts as well while the student is on hold for non-payment. Any one who has access to view/print transcripts should be excluded. This will help prevent the student or parent circumventing the circumstance to receive transcripts.
