Need to identify the user "NOT SET"
We are reviewing our handled profile changes and the user "NOT SET" is changing information incorrectly. See Chat from 2/25

7:58:50 AMFine, thank you. We are reviewing handling profile changes and notice that "Not set" is making override changes to profiles. Who is Not Set? Is this a system default setting?
7:59:46 AMAlso, when processing the application for an existing parent/user why doesn't the application pull information from the contact card. We are having to reformat names/maiden names/ phone numbers/addresses/salutations.

8:12:23 AMThere is not a select users that has the name of Not Set within the system. This is displayed as not set when handle profile changes is not able to record the name of the user that made the change.

8:14:01 AMWe have quite a few changes made by "NOT SET" on 2/14, that change correct information into incorrect information and we have no way of seeing who made these changes to inform them that they are inputting data wrong.

8:16:19 AMThe system currently does not have another way to view this information. The handle profile changes is a podium page, this means that we are planning on updated this section of the software but there is not an eta for this.
8:21:44 AMThis really doesn't make much sense because to have access to the information, you need a user name to sign into the system and not being able to track all users is unacceptable. We now are having to review and reinput information that was corrected by an outside paid contract person and who is to say that this information will not be changed again by "NOT SET". Please keep us updated as to when you see this issue being resolved. Thank you!
