The reports on room usage are difficult and cumbersome to interpret if you run a different schedule for each school level or division. If one could identify the level or levels that utilize a room and that level can be translated into the reports to drill down to the proper schedule times, the reports would be greatly improved. Because of the various schedule times across our 4 school levels, a simple request of free rooms for a day is 84 pages long. If limited to a particular school level assigned to particular rooms, the report would be a fraction of that.
It would also be nice to print a room schedule by grid if it could be narrowed down to a division. The schedule times are meaningful by division and not so much across the board.
