Have an audit log for "Responsible for Signing Contract"

It would be great to track who check this off.  Was it administrative or the parent themselves?  This area is sensitive as it determines who needs to sign a contract.  So far anyone has access to this section if their job requires access to other areas of the record.

    Nice to see this one dates back to 2019 🥵. I would expand on this and say the responsible signer, list as parent, and parental access should all be logged data for investigative purposes. If we are tracking role changes, we should especially track all three as they pertain directly to student visibility and access.
