Add a feature for teachers to create school forms, i.e. field trip permission form, from their class roster in addition to viewing and printing forms. Right now, teachers need a higher access level in either the Academics or Core modules, to create forms. Teachers should not need elevated permissions to create a form for their students and parents to complete. Another option would be to create another role or permission level separately for School Forms generation.
