Add the ability to generate a report or list of users who have a bulk/misc file associated with the user record. There is currently now way to access this information.

You can add files to a user either via the bulk upload feature or individually on the students record, but there is no way to report on which users have a file associated with them.   If you go to Manage User Files, you can see a count of users with the file, but you have no additional insight into who they are.   You can't run a list or a report.    This makes it impossible to clean up or audit files associated with users.

And I agree that 3 separate ideas encompass this concept: Please merge the following ideas as they all seem similar enough I-2094, I-2122 and this idea I-2425. This way the vote count will increase.

We desperately need this. We have been using this system for 9 months, and we have had families added to the system in different ways, some through inquiries, some were imported, some were manually entered, etc. For every student we need to have a birth certificate on file. We originally had this as a Candidate Checklist step, then we made it a New Student Checklist step, for some we had to manually upload the file to the Misc Files in the Record tab. For every student, we can see the birth certificate in the same place in the system, but we can not run a report or list that tells us who actually has a file attached as a birth certificate.

Agreed! It would be lovely if you could click on that number (that shows the count of users with a file) and see a list of the users.
