We have been given the green light to NOT PRINT an actual student directory in lieu of the online version. However in testing this information today, I noticed that grandparents were showing up under "Show additional Information". We do NOT want grandparents to show up here. I thought that is where Profile publish access come into play but I just found out that it in fact does not exactly work that way.
Has anyone had experience with this? I cannot at this time uncheck 3000+ grandparents privacy settings for our school.
I have been told that there is not a bulk change Privacy Setting by role? There needs to be!!!
