I have a few activity groups where the membership does not significantly change from year to year and would like to be able to roll the group members forward rather than repopulate manually. These groups were set up for our bus routes. Our transportation supervisor uses them to contact the riders and their parents. I would set up a perpetual community group for this, however, we can't email students and their parents together from a community group like we can an activity group. So, this would further streamline my work between school years.
